- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

- Process your conversations and generate personalized responses
- Save your conversation history (for logged-in users)

3. Conversation Data and AI Processing
Messages you send to Neuxon AI are processed by our AI system to generate responses. This processing is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Conversations may be used in aggregate, anonymized form to improve the quality of the Service.
We do not sell your conversation content to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and conversation history (for logged-in users) are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Local conversation history for users without an account is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- Anthropic: AI model provider that processes your messages to generate responses. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Supabase: Database and authentication service for storing account data and conversation history.
- Stripe: Payment processor for subscription billing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Vercel: Hosting provider for the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and conversation history will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
